    Take the photo.

    Use the BuildIntel Camera on iPhone or Android. Date, time, address and location are burnt into the photo the moment you press the shutter - and locked there. Add a stage tag if you want one.

    It uploads itself.

    Auto upload is on by default. No signal on site? Photos wait on the phone and go when you're back in range - with the time and place you took them, not when they sent.

    It finds the job.

    SmartSort works out which of your jobs the photo belongs to and puts it there - indoors or out. You don't pick anything.

  4. 04

    New address? The job makes itself.

    The first photo at a new address creates the job - numbered, named by address, folder made, pin on the map. Nobody has to set anything up.

  5. 05

    Every photo gets read.

    Every photo goes through the AI. You get a plain-English description, the trade, the stage, readings off gauges and certificates, defects, safety observations and every word of text in the shot - all searchable.
